In Elcom solutions, transport and component flow management are based on conveyor-section-based transfer modules. Pallets carrying parts are directed to their destination using standard curves, diverter systems, standardized returns, and elevators. Pallet movement is controlled by stoppers (e.g., at manual stations) as well as guiding devices or positioning mechanisms (e.g., for robotic stations). We offer standard modules for every stage of the production process, such as indexing stations for presses, elevator modules, rotating modules, as well as solutions for stations operating independently of the line cycle time or reject (NG) evacuation systems.
By combining guiding elements with junctions and utilizing retractable pins (studs) beneath the carrier pallet, we ensure safe and precise load handling. This allows pallets to move smoothly, optimizing energy consumption and reducing the number of required drives.

Pallet transfer systems for workpieces
In Elcom systems, transport and workpiece flow management are implemented using conveyor units based on twin-track conveyors. Any direction of material flow is created using standardized curves, rotating modules, and lifting boxes. Workpieces are delivered and positioned primarily via stopping elements (e.g., accumulation stop points before workstations) and positioning units that enable direct processing (e.g., robotic loading/unloading or manual stations).
Additionally, we offer standard modules for specific process stages, such as:

Through a combination of ramps, guiding elements, and cams, retractable pins located on the underside of the pallets ensure the safe guidance of every carrier. Unique design advantage: Eliminating upper pallet guidance—used by nearly all other systems on the market—gives Elcom immense freedom in designing pallet lengths. We can provide carriers with dimensions perfectly tailored to your needs when standard systems prove insufficient. Since the spacing of the guiding pins on the bottom of the pallet remains constant within a given system, the "track width" is always maintained, regardless of the overall dimensions of the pallet itself.
