RedCell is a ready-made, pre-configured device. Choosing this solution reduces design costs and significantly shortens device integration time. The average delivery time for a ready-to-use device (from ordering) is 12 weeks. Standardization of components and the device construction process ensures rapid integration and return on investment.
It is equipped with a FlexiBowl parts feeder, allowing us to feed several different parts on a single feeder . This allows for quick reference changes and the ability to easily retool the cell for a different process.
We audit and thoroughly analyze the production situation in the company as part of the bidding process - identifying all the opportunities and threats we see from implementing our solution, and we conduct speed and efficiency tests on the target process to ensure that the expected assumptions will be achieved.
