The DOBOT "all-in-one" palletizing workstation is equipped with the high-performance DOBOT CR20A collaborative robot, featuring a maximum payload of 20 kg and a maximum palletizing height of up to 2100 mm. It seamlessly meets the palletizing needs of industries such as 3C electronics, healthcare, and food & beverage. With a palletizing speed of 8–13 units/min, it can flexibly switch between different production lines to meet diverse manufacturing requirements.*

The Dobot system is equipped with a palletizing process package, allowing production to be easily configured in 30 minutes without any programming. Extensive features handle various palletizing tasks, making deployment simpler and faster.

High efficiency thanks to double vacuum suction cups

The device supports dual vacuum cup mode, which enables picking up two boxes simultaneously for palletizing. This achieves a palletizing speed of up to 13 units/minute, increasing efficiency by up to 62.5%.

Visual configuration process

The process package features a guided configuration interface and a 3D display, enabling quick setup of boxes, pallets, and stacking patterns with real-time visualization in the 3D preview window, making the entire application configuration simple and clear.

Supports waypoint and target point configuration

Supports setting the palletizing point and waypoint for each box, which reduces the impact of box size and pallet height variations. This eliminates the need to reserve excessive space, resulting in more compact stacking. The palletizing point and waypoint can be configured separately for each box, making the setup more flexible.

Supports interlayer handling

In response to the needs of the food and beverage industry, the process package adds support for picking and placing interlayers during the palletizing process to increase stack stability. Setting up the interlayer pick-and-place function is simple and requires only three steps: setting the interlayer pick point, the waypoint, and the placement point.
